How to play

  1. Every round is a mashup of two movies whose titles share a word — like A Star Is Born Free.
  2. The TV shows the mashup's tagline, its mashed-up synopsis, the cast and each film's year. Guess on your phone.
  3. Scoring is a race. The first film named pays 4 pts, or 3 if you name it within 3 seconds after them. The second film pays 2, or 1 close behind. Once a film flips up it pays nothing.
  4. Type the whole mashup title before anyone names a film: 8 pts. After one film is showing, the title pays the other film's points +2. Naming the films one at a time tops out at 6.
  5. The poster gives it away, so it only shows with the answer. When everyone has solved or given up, it rolls and the next round begins.
  6. Most points after seven rounds takes the trophy. 🏆
